PlanMyClasses LLC is a Virginia limited liability company that develops deterministic academic planning infrastructure. This website (planmyclasses.com) describes our product and allows prospective partners to contact us.
What we collect on this website
When you submit the partnership inquiry form we collect the fields you provide: name, organization, role, email address, use case, and free-text message. We do not collect information beyond what you voluntarily enter.
How we use that information
Partnership inquiries are used solely to evaluate and respond to your request. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Hosting and infrastructure
This website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) as part of normal platform operation. Vercel's own privacy practices are described at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy. Vercel Web Analytics may be enabled to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (no cookies, no personal identifiers).
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. If Vercel Web Analytics is enabled it operates without cookies and does not track individual visitors.
Student data
PlanMyClasses does not collect, store, or process student data on this website or through its planning engine. The engine processes institutional program configuration, catalog information, and policy rules. No student records pass through or are retained by our systems.
Data retention
Partnership inquiries are retained indefinitely so we can follow up on integration discussions. If you would like your inquiry deleted, contact us at the address below and we will remove it promptly.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days.
